Ismaning, Tyskland [2009-12-15] - Prime Standard-listed Integralis AG, the leading international IT security solutions provider, has announced extensive changes to the composition of its Supervisory Board. Effective 11 December 2009, all the previous members of the Company's Supervisory Board have resigned, thus making it possible to alter this body's composition to reflect the new ownership structure.
